Mental Health Week

I have compiled a list of activities that can be completed over the week – you can choose which tasks to complete on each day. Also, if you have been on a lovely walk recently, feel free to send me a picture that I can share to the class story so that all of your friends can say hello!

  1. Have a go at some cosmic yoga – Disco -

  2. Get some exercise (Go for a walk or create your own workout)
