Residentials and Trips

Each year the children in year 4, 5 and 6 are given the opportunity to attend a residential visit. These over night experiences not only support the core curriculum but also help the children to develop confidence, independence, oracy and life long friendships. Residentials include visiting St Michaels at Hathersage, PGL at Caythorpe, Lincolnshire and Castleton YHA.

Other day trips that occur regularly include The Space Centre Leicester, Perlethorpe, Sherwood forest, Southwell Minster Time travelling, Theatre Royal for theatre trips, regular visits to the library, annual visits to different places of worship plus lots more exciting visits to enhance the curriculum.
