School Uniform

All children are expected to wear the school uniform.

Labelling

All items brought into school should be labelled with the child's name (including bags and coats). Children are responsible for their garments and equipment. Any items found without a name, will be placed in lost property. 

Other items

Please do not send your child to school with any toys or anything of special value to them. We cannot take responsibility for any items that may go missing. We will inform you if we have any special days where toys will be allowed to be brought into school.

 
PE

Our PE days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Children need to ensure that they bring in the correct PE kit on these days. The school PE kit is a plain white t-shirt, blue/black shorts or jogging bottoms and plimsolls or trainers.

 
Mornings

Our school day starts at 8:45. School gates will be open at 8:35 am.  Children arriving after the gates have closed will need to enter via the office and will be marked as late in the register.  Children will be entering through the Year 2 fire door. Please follow the one way system in place until you arrive and send your child to the door as you continue around towards the exit. If you arrive late, you need to contact the School Office.

Lunchtimes

Lunch is at 12.00 noon and is followed by a period of outside play, supervised by our midday supervisors. As we are a healthy school, please provide a healthy lunchbox if your child is having a packed lunch.

Home time

Year 2 children will be dismissed at 3:15 pm from the Year 2 fire door. The gate will be open from 3:10 pm but the children will not be dismissed until 3:15 pm. 

Boom Read

Please ensure that all reading is recorded on Boom Read - if you need any assistance, please just ask. 

Water bottles

Please ensure that your child has a water bottle in school as no more are available to borrow from the school office. This is especially important in hot weather or on PE days. Prime bottles are not permitted.
